COBRA OUL 9 kN aluminium

The COBRA® OUL can be opened under load, unlike all other COBRA® Quick Release buckles. Therefore it can for example be used to secure cargo or wherever items have to be immediately accessible. This is why it can’t be used as a personal protective equipment. However, the breaking load is still the same as the one of the non-OUL models. A COBRA® OUL can not be combined with a regular COBRA®, but a COBRA® OUL can be combined any other COBRA® OUL of the same type.

The COBRA® OUL (9 kN) can be opened under load. In combination with a fitting webbing, the minimum guaranteed load capacity is 18 kN in loop configuration. Not suitable as PPE!
