The colors of the rainbow as a sign of hope were the inspiration for the dazzlingly colorful mountain sports products in the limited rainbow special edition. This year we launched the second edition of the CLIMB FOR KIDS charity campaign in aid of the Children's Cancer Aid Tirol & Vorarlberg.

We donated 5 euros for every rainbow set sold. Regional events and donation boxes in the climbing hall in Wörgl and the Bergstation in Telfs raised further valuable donations. At a recent meeting on the premises of Kinderkrebshilfe, we were able to hand over the symbolic donation check in the amount of 7,300 euros to Ursula Mattersberger, the chairwoman of Kinderkrebshilfe Tirol & Vorarlberg.

“We launched the charity campaign a year and a half ago under the motto CLIMB FOR KIDS:CLIMB WITH KIDS. As a Tyrolean producer of mountain sports and safety hardware, it was important to us to make an active contribution. We now know that our donations are in the best hands with the Tyrol & Vorarlberg Children's Cancer Aid Association, so that they will go where help is needed, to the families affected,” reports Doris Günther, Head of Marketing.

And the charity continues: AUSTRIALPIN will continue to donate 5 euros to the children's cancer charity for all rainbow products that are sold in its stores.

Whether romping around in the children's bouldering area, taster climbing for children aged 5 and over, charity bouldering, tasting the delicious barbecue delicacies or dusting off the many cool raffle prizes. Thanks to your donations, we were able to collect € 1,000 at the start and put it in the big donation pot. At the big summer event in 2024, we will be able to hand over all the proceeds and donations to the children's cancer charity.
