Some AUSTRIALPIN UNIVERSAL snap gate carabiners were mistakenly marked with EN362-B. Only carabiners with locking mechanism according to EN362-B can be certified (screw lock, autolock etc.). That‘s why AUSTRIALPIN decided to recall the abovementioned UNIVERSAL snap gate carabiners.  
This recall concerns UNIVERSAL snap gate carabiners with the article number KZ01A and KZ01B only, not the screw lock carabiners! The snap gate carabiners only have a wrong marking! There are no safety constraints, the carabiners withstand the tested forces!
