Koni is originally from Dornbirn, where he explored climbing when he was 14. With 16 he found out about climbing in ice and a few years ago he added a new passion to his life: flying! Especially acroflying and speedriding are his big love. Apart of that he loves hiking, mountainbiking, slacklining...no matter what, as long as he can spend time outdoors.


His biggest success in the rock and in ice was: "berserker" wi7 -(first ascent with trimmis, switzerland), marilyn manson (m7/w6+), matterhorn/hörnligrat solo-winterascent, torre standhart, exocet (800m, 6a/wi6). winning the red bull steinkönig (elbsandstein) 2008...and much more!!
