andy holzer is a mountaineer. there is plenty of them around, but andy is something special. the guy from eastern tyrol is blind ever since. fortunately this fact has never detained him from fulfilling his dreams.

recently andi is able to live from his hobby and totally concentrate on his expeditions, like for example the mount everest that is the last peak on his list to finish the seven summits or new climbing routes in his home mountains, the lienzer dolomites. and to complete his scedule he his out for around a 100 ski tours every year!

at the moment he is touring around with his series of lectures "to open the eyes of the sighted" trying to pass his spirit to the people and share his experiences as a blind climber.
